Joyce Ferngren, BTFA (Body Tech Fitness Association) and ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified, has been in the health and wellness industry for over 9 years. Joyce is also YogaFit and Stability Ball certified and holds a certification in nutrition from the United States Training Institute, Inc.
Joyce is currently the leading female trainer at Fusion Fitness in Orlando and a group instructor at the YMCA in Winter Park, Florida specializing in yoga and stability ball.
Joyce is also the top female advisor, in Central Florida, for a World-Class Nutrition company and has positively impacted the lives of hundreds of individuals by improving their overall health and fitness through proper nutrition.
Joyce’s current client lists ranges from extreme sport athletes, moms, business professionals, teens and more. Her approach to training is, “The best exercise is the one you do.”
Joyce has also been in leadership, training and program design for Get Fit America an after school fitness program for Central Florida youth.
Joyce is a team member of Buttar.Com one of the premier athletic event companies in Florida. Joyce has acted as marketing director, recruiter, timing system technician and director of operations.
Joyce’s current goals include continuing to see positive changes in overall wellness, health and fitness in Central Florida.
Joyce and her husband Bob, a business consultant, have been married for thirty years and have three grown children, Bryan, James and Jennifer. All reside in Orlando, Florida.
